I’m at the Post Office now, mailing gifts to my mom & grandmother. This one is for my grandmother - it’s not for anything in particular, just a little something to brighten her day. (I made the card myself, with a cut out heart and paste. 2nd grade talents, hey!)
On a completely sincere note, this reminded me to call my grandmother. And realize that one day, I have to learn how to wrap presents, and not just bunch together a lot of newspapers over items and try to pass it off as “wrapping paper.”
